These Terms of Service define the rules for using the SwiftSite website and the conditions for website development services.
1. General Provisions
The service provider is SwiftSite, contact: kamienoskar@gmail.com, WhatsApp: +48 732 008 971.
Using the website constitutes acceptance of these terms.
2. Scope of Services
SwiftSite provides design and implementation services for websites within the packages presented on the page or individually agreed with the client.
The detailed scope of work (number of pages, features, integrations) is established before starting the project based on the client's brief.
3. Conclusion of the Agreement
The agreement is concluded after the client accepts the offer and SwiftSite confirms the start of work (e.g., by email or WhatsApp).
To complete the project, it is necessary to deliver the materials: content, business information, logo, photos, color preferences, and inspirations.
4. Prices and Payments
The package prices listed on the website are approximate. The final quote may depend on the scope of work and will be confirmed before starting.
The deadline and form of payment (e.g., deposit, payment upon delivery) are determined individually. Lack of payment on the agreed date may halt the execution or publication of the website.
5. Execution Time
The standard delivery time is up to 24 hours from the moment complete materials and brief confirmation are received, unless otherwise agreed.
Delays resulting from a lack of materials, changes on the client's side, or force majeure are not the responsibility of SwiftSite.
6. Client's Obligations
- providing true and complete information,
- owning the rights to the provided materials (texts, photos, logo),
- providing timely feedback and project approval,
- not submitting unlawful content.
7. Copyrights
After full payment, the client receives the right to use the website in accordance with the agreement. SwiftSite retains the right to include the completed project in its portfolio, unless the client objects.
8. Complaints and Corrections
Complaints should be sent to kamienoskar@gmail.com within 14 days of delivering the website. We will resolve them within 14 business days.
Minor corrections resulting from the agreed brief are included in the cooperation. Changes exceeding the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees.
9. Liability
SwiftSite makes every effort to ensure websites work correctly, but is not liable for damages resulting from content provided by the client, third-party hosting issues, or circumstances beyond the provider's control.
10. Withdrawal from the Agreement
In the case of distance contracts concluded with consumers, rights resulting from consumer law apply, including the right of withdrawal, subject to exceptions provided by law (e.g., service fully performed with the consumer's consent).
11. Final Provisions
SwiftSite may update these terms. Changes are effective from the moment of publication on the website.
For matters not regulated here, Polish law applies.
